These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RGSPay mobile application, website and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by RGSPay ("RGSPay", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Dealers, sub-dealers and staff must be authorised by the network they belong to.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that number and device secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.

3. The Service

RGSPay lets subscribers recharge their own cable-TV set-top boxes, and lets dealers and their staff recharge boxes for customers, manage a wallet, raise and handle support tickets, and record field attendance. Recharges are delivered through third-party cable-TV operators; delivery and activation timing depend on those operators and networks, which are outside our control.

4. Payments, packages & wallet

  • Recharge prices and package details are shown before you confirm. Dealer/reseller prices may differ per network.
  • Wallet balances may be used to pay for recharges. Wallet funds have no cash value beyond their use within the Service and are non-transferable except through features we provide.
  • All recharge purchases are final. Please review our Refund Policy before you pay.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct set-top box / smartcard number. RGSPay is not liable for a recharge applied to a wrong number entered by you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you will not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without permission;
  • resell or exploit the Service except as expressly permitted for authorised dealers.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and logos, is owned by RGSPay or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or distribute it except as allowed by law.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGSPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by third-party operators, payment providers or networks. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms RGSPay, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
